Working through Universities by Sodexo inSouthampton Solent University, Southampton Centre, SO14 0YN as aFood Service Assistant you will be an integral part of a team that promotes development through the ranks of the business. Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential for this role in order to establish positive relationships with both team members and patrons of the site, and most importantly, to have a positive impact on others through your everyday actions.

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent customer service to our corporate colleagues, clients and customers
• Assist in daily food preparation tasks, serving up our mouth watering menus
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of food service areas, including the dining area and kitchen facilities
• Be a team player, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
