Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD is seeking a QA/Technical professional in Redditch to maintain HACCP systems, ensure traceability, and lead audits. The role requires experience in food QA/technical tasks, and proficiency with Excel/Office tools.

Responsibilities include continuous improvement of technical processes, compliance with BRCGS, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on NPD/EPD initiatives. Monday–Friday hours with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Food: Science / Quality / Safety.
• Minimum one-year experience in food industry QA or Technical role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HACCP, Allergen, Segregation, Label & Date Coding Risk Assessments.
• Monitor traceability and carry out regular audits with QA/Operations.
• Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with BRCGS/customer standards.
