As a Food Safety and Quality Manager, you are a strong communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders through thought leadership. Your role will be to drive the global FSQR strategy in EMEA within production, distribution, and company-owned, franchised, and licensed stores.

You will have the opportunity to shape the future of food safety and quality within Starbucks EMEA, executing global and regional strategic plans across multiple product categories. Your responsibilities include collaborating with and managing licensees to ensure compliance with global food safety standards from sourcing to store operations.

You will support suppliers, distribution centers, and EMEA stores in maintaining safe, legal, and compliant operations, thereby minimizing regulatory and reputational risks.

This role requires courage in decision-making, a drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to achieve measurable goals.

The Key Requirements:
  • Experience working in large markets or across multiple sites in food or beverage
  • Background in quality assurance is essential
  • Ability to balance business goals with legal and regulatory responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
