Job summary

Bwyd Powys Food (hosted by Cultivate) seeks a proactive operational coordinator to support cross-county activities across Dyfed Powys. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate events and workshops, and help integrate bilingual Welsh/English communications across Workstreams 1 and 2 of the civil food resilience project.

You will liaise with four Local Food Partnerships, support governance meetings, and ensure compliant, well-documented engagement and delivery across regional hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-county projects in a regional setting.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-partner workshops and events.
• Commitment to bilingual Welsh/English communications and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-county operational coordination and administrative support across Dyfed Powys.
• Deliver workshops and events and assist with governance meetings.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) documentation and partner sign-ups.
• Champion bilingual compliance in engagement resources and public events.
• Liaise with Hub Officers and local partners to promote activities and sign-ups.
