Job summary

Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen in Hessle is seeking a motivated QA Technician to uphold food safety, quality and legality across our cooked product range.

You will audit manufacturing stages, monitor GMP compliance, complete paperwork accurately, maintain hygiene, and educate colleagues on best practices. Hours are Monday to Friday 09:30–18:00 with pay of £15.27 per hour; previous food industry experience is welcome but passion for standards is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor all stages of the manufacturing process
• Audit and ensure good manufacturing practice across the site
• Monitor the quality of products
• Accurately complete paperwork and record relevant information
• Ensure the hygiene and housekeeping within the area exceeds the daily audit target
• Educate production colleagues on good manufacturing practice
• Ensure all start-up checks are completed
