Morrisons in Spalding, Lincolnshire is seeking a Quality Controller to perform routine checks on products and packaging, ensuring food safety and legality. You will use our systems to record information, demonstrate traceability, and raise any non-conformances to prevent withdrawals or recalls.

You may carry out temperature checks, swabbing, and weight/size verifications, working to minimise losses while meeting customer requirements.

Qualificações

• Previous manufacturing and food handling experience preferred but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of quality control and allergens desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine checks on products and packaging to ensure safety and legality.
• Record results in the system to demonstrate traceability and due diligence.
• Elevate non-conformances to prevent withdrawals or recalls.
• Assist with temperature probing, swabbing, and weight/size checks.
