G's Group is seeking a QualityAssurance Operative to help ensure products meet safety, quality, and compliance standards in food production.

Key responsibilities include process control, CCP checks, sampling and testing, and GMP compliance, with documentation and reporting duties. The role requires detail orientation and good teamwork, with cover responsibilities during weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Must be detail-oriented with an understanding of food production processes.
• Able to follow procedures accurately and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Good communication and reporting skills; team based work.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, maintain, and set up dipping processes; report non-conformances to supervisors, managers, and engineers.
• Monitor pH, acidity, F0 retort and metal detection procedures.
• Ensure quality during processing, finished products, raw materials, labels, and compliance with quality manuals.
• Collect shelf-life and microbiological samples, swabs, water, and air plates.
• Conduct weekly GMP compliance audits, control allergens, ensure segregation and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare, issue, and archive paperwork; guide colleagues on proper completion; complete non-conformance or rejection reports.
