Ethero in Derby is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager in delivering a first-class service. You will oversee yields, supervise staff, and ensure output meets quality standards across day shifts.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a solid background in food production safety. On-site parking and canteen facilities are available, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced production environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management to develop and supervise the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in delivering a first-class service.
• Focus on yield and minimising giveaways.
• Supervise personnel, coordinating training, appraisals and discipline.
• Monitor morale and address issues to support the team.
• Organise resources to meet output and quality requirements.
• Track hourly performance against agreed criteria.
• Audit processes to ensure standards are maintained.
• Encourage continuous improvement and safety compliance.
