IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, based in Beaminster, Dorset. This on‑site role focuses on hands‑on production, quality and safety, packing finished products, stock control, and batch preparation to meet customer specifications.

You will operate spray drying equipment and support continuous improvement within a collaborative team. The ideal candidate has production experience, a safety mindset, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working within a production, process, manufacturing, or packing environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ability to follow procedures and work accurately in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Pack finished products in line with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Support stock control activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and batch ingredients for production processes.
• Operate and monitor spray drying equipment and powder production processes.
• Ensure production activities are completed within established quality, timing, and cost standards.
• Report equipment and plant issues promptly to the Engineering team.
• Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team problem‑solving activities.
