Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is currently seeking Food Production Operatives in Oakham (LE15) for full-time, ongoing shifts from 06:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. Immediate starts available at a well‑established bakery in the area, with weekly pay and on‑site training.

You will assist in preparation and packaging of baked goods, operate production machinery, and help maintain hygiene and food safety standards while supporting a friendly team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food production is a bonus but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods.
• Operating machinery and maintaining production flow.

• No items heavier than 9 KG.
