The RPC Group is seeking Food Production Operatives to join our on-site team in the United Kingdom. You will learn production methods and operate machinery, with training and development opportunities and regular pay reviews.

We offer rotating day/afternoon shifts, a supportive team, free parking, and an onsite canteen. A car or motorbike is essential to access the site due to limited public transport.

Food Production Operatives Wanted

We are looking for candidates with transferable skills in food production, factory work, catering, and machine operating. You must be able to communicate fluently in English.

You will receive career development training, mentoring into other areas of the business, promotion, and pay reviews, to give you long-term employment stability.

A car or motorbike is essential to get to and from work (no bus or train services available!).

Rotating Shift Patterns You Will Work:

• Day Shift Week 1: 06:00am till 14:15pm / Afternoon Shift Week 2: 14:00pm till 22:15pm. Rotating each week.

Hourly Pay Rates:

• Probation Period (12-weeks) £12.90 to £13.50 per hour.and raising after probation.

Duties:

• Operate production machinery, work on a conveyor belt, process production line.
• Monitor the process to guarantee product safety and product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of the equipment you are using.
• Maintain records and production data, as well as a clean and safe workstation.
• Lift and carry up to 25kg around the production floor, to and from various machines.
