Job summary

The Butchers Recruiter is hiring Food Production Operatives in Coventry. This is long-term work with a strong chance of becoming permanent after 12 weeks. You’ll operate in a chilled environment handling pork products, performing slicing, packing and delivery to customer specs.

Weekly pay at £12.87 per hour, with on-the-job training and progression opportunities when you become a permanent team member. Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job description

The Butchers Recruiter are looking for several Food Production Operatives in Coventry. These are long-term opportunities, with ongoing work from June until into 2027, with a high likelihood of this turning into a permanent job.

You will be working in a chilled environment, handling raw or cured meat (pork/bacon/gammon) through processing, slicing, packing, and delivery - all to customer specifications and quality standards.

Working Hours:

06.00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday
