Job summary

Brightwork Ltd is recruiting for food production operators to join a busy manufacturing site in Uddingston, Scotland. The role operates on an early shift (06:00–14:30) and a back shift (14:00–22:30) with a weekly rotating pattern. Occasional overtime may be available.

Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred, but other manufacturing backgrounds will be considered. The role involves regular manual handling, including lifting bags up to 25kg.

Job description

Our client has an ongoing temporary requirement for additional food production operators to work in their busy manufacturing site in Uddingston.

Your Time at Work

The role operates on an early shift and back shift weekly rotating pattern as follows:

• Early shift 06:00 - 14:30 Monday to Friday
• Back shift 14:00 - 22:30 Monday to Friday
• There may be occasional opportunities for some overtime.

Our Perfect Worker

Ideally the successful candidates will have previous food manufacturing experience but will also consider applicants with other manufacturing experience.

Key Information and Benefits

This role will involve regular manual handling, lifting bags of ingredients up to 25kg.

Due to the shift times and lack of public transport options own transport is preferred.
