Job Opportunity: Production Operative

We are recruiting for a successful and well-established food production company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. We are seeking production operatives on a temporary basis. Experience in a production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Making products using cutting and mixing equipment.
2. Using trolleys to move products to different locations.
3. Handling and preparing raw ingredients on the production line.
4. Reporting faults, machinery issues, and product issues to the supervisor.
5. Cleaning equipment.
6. Quality checking of products.
7. Following all quality systems and procedures to ensure food safety standards are met.
8. Adhering to health and safety practices.

The working hours are on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 07:00am-19:00pm for day shifts and 19:00pm-07:00am for night shifts.
