Job Opportunity: Production Operative

We are recruiting for a successful and well-established food production company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. We are seeking production operatives for temporary roles. Experience in a production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Operating cutting and mixing equipment to produce items.
2. Using trolleys to transport products within the facility.
3. Handling and preparing raw ingredients on the production line.
4. Reporting faults, machinery issues, and product concerns to the supervisor.
5. Cleaning equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
6. Performing quality checks on products.
7. Adhering to quality systems and procedures to meet food safety standards.
8. Committing to health and safety practices at all times.

Shift details: 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern. Day shift from 07:00 to 19:00, night shift from 19:00 to 07:00.
