Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Production Operative to support the day-to-day running of a manufacturing line in a busy food production facility in the UK. You will ensure protein mixes are produced to high standards of quality, hygiene and efficiency.

Key duties include operating machinery safely, performing quality checks, maintaining hygiene, packing products, and reporting faults to the team leader. A strong team player with reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Food production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
