Job summary

Sincereal Group is seeking a Line Operator to uphold high standards of manufacturing, hygiene and housekeeping in the production facility. You will assist with manufacturing duties, operate equipment, and ensure product quality while supporting hygiene and safety procedures.

Role involves working on the production line across designated areas, with emphasis on team collaboration, accurate record-keeping and adherence to GMP and site procedures. Previous FMCG experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is desirable.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and quality checks.
• Strong hygiene and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support factory manufacturing activity to meet business needs.
• Operate production equipment within training, maintain competency.
• Carry out product quality checks per procedures.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products.
• Support changeovers and line preparation activities.
• Assist with rework, returns, and packaging tasks.
• Perform end-of-production cleaning and sanitation per site standards.
• Maintain hygiene documentation accurately and on time.
• Report hygiene, safety, quality or equipment concerns to shifts.
