Job summary

Sincereal UK in Bromborough is seeking a Line Operator to maintain high standards of manufacturing, hygiene and housekeeping. You will work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, under the guidance of the Manufacturing and Shift Managers to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role involves operating production equipment, performing quality checks, assisting with material handling and line changes, and supporting hygiene tasks. Benefits include a discretionary annual bonus and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support factory manufacturing activities as required.
• Operate production equipment within training and competency requirements.
• Carry out product quality checks in accordance with procedures.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products.
• Support changeovers and line preparation activities.
• Assist with hygiene duties including cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and report hazards to Shift Manager.
• Work across designated production areas as directed by the Shift Manager.
