Job summary

Sincereal UK in Bromborough is seeking a Line Operator to uphold manufacturing hygiene and quality across the production floor. You will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and assist with material handling under supervision.

The role offers a 38-hour week (Mon-Fri) with a probation period, leading to salary progression from £25,114.96 to £26,577.22 and a potential discretionary annual bonus. Applicants must be over 18 and able to work in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Experience with industrial cleaning or hygiene operations.
• Understanding of food safety and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment within training and competency requirements.
• Carry out product quality checks following documented procedures.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products through the production process.
• Support changeovers and line preparation activities.
• Assist with rework, packaging, and labelling tasks as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards on the production floor.
