Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking reliable individuals to join our Willerby production team as Blueprint / Bagger / Palletiser. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor product quality and perform safety checks to support fast-paced production while upholding food safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to GMP and Health & Safety rules, and accurate documentation. Training will be provided to develop skills and contribute to continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or food production environment.
• Understanding of Food Safety, GMP and Health & Safety requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out machine set-up, programme changes and basic first-line maintenance.
• Complete metal detection and check-weigh checks in line with legal requirements.
• Maintain product legality, quality standards and specification compliance.
• Report equipment faults and production issues promptly.
• Support effective communication, shift handovers and continuous improvement activities.
