Job summary

SPAR Burbage is seeking a proactive Customer Team Member to join our store team. You will help deliver a great customer experience, handle tills, and support store operations to maximise sales and maintain fresh, well-presented shelves.

You will work in a fast-paced convenience environment, helping customers and colleagues while adhering to company policies. A friendly, proactive approach and attention to detail are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Reliable follows instructions with great attention to detail.
• Understanding of retail legislative responsibilities and adherence.
• Ability to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with product inquiries.
• Process purchases at the tills accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell products and highlight offers to maximise sales.
• Assist with stock, shelving, price changes and promotions as required.
