About the role

As a Food Coordinator and Coach, you’ll work with our Catering Partners to ensure they have the key skills needed to provide an excellent hospitality experience. You will work both in the kitchen and front of house to achieve high culinary standards and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Share your knowledge and passion by delivering effective training, passing on your expertise in food preparation to the Catering team.
  • Create a market-leading customer experience while maximizing sales, minimizing wastage, and exceeding customer service targets.
  • Work in the kitchen and front-of-house alongside Catering Partners.
  • Deliver the central hospitality team's vision for the menu and meet presentation standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end ordering process and support Team Managers in food safety compliance and administrative tasks.
  • Show passion for service and great food, demonstrating a desire to learn and develop, and act as a role model to others.
Essential skills/experience
  • Previous employment in a catering environment.
  • Experience working in a kitchen.
  • Training or coaching experience.
Desirable skills/experience
  • Food Safety Levels 1-3 (training provided).
  • Customer-facing selling or service experience.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Good computer literacy skills.

Various full-time hours will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
