Food Compliance Manager

Location: Hertfordshire

We are seeking a Food Compliance Manager for a business that invests significantly in its staff. The company supports and funds staff development, including Masters degrees, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee growth.

As a key team member, you will work closely with the Technical Manager, who will mentor and support your technical development. You will deputize in their absence and ensure high standards of food safety and quality across the factory.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in food safety and quality, experience with internal audits, and familiarity with BRC standards. You will have two direct reports and will be responsible for their development through coaching and mentoring.

This role offers variety, including working on NPD, conducting taste panels and organoleptic assessments, leading the HACCP team, and developing GMP practices. It is a comprehensive quality role within a supportive team environment.

The role is based at a small manufacturing facility in Hertfordshire, part of a global group offering further development opportunities.
