Hours of work: Seasonal contract with variable hours - Paid weekly

Salary: £13 per hour

What we need in a nutshell

We’re looking for an experienced food and beverage professional to support the delivery of the Food & Beverage service at our beautiful East Fleet Farm.

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from their day-to-day. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment, and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

We need you to be the person who leads and inspires your food and beverage team to deliver delight to all our guests.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of our team of Holiday Heroes, you will ensure that our guests experience the best possible time with us. This includes:

• Leading, training, and motivating a team to deliver delight.
• Supporting the smooth running of the venue, the preparation for service, as well as overseeing service and supervising after-service duties.
• Working alongside the team in a fast-paced, high-volume venue with a constant eye on delivering world-class service.
• Driving revenue through service and sales whilst focusing on profitable growth, delivered with care and flair.
• Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager.

Note: Holidays happen at holiday times, and eating and drinking extend into the night, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings, and weekends too.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

We have high standards! We’ll train you up, but you must:

• Have previous team leader experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Have energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
