A leading contract catering company is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor based in London. We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, serving over 45,500 satisfied customers daily. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team.
Shifts are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the standard rate. Flexibility to work on weekly events is required, and experience with hospitality booking systems is a bonus.
You will ensure a positive customer experience at high-profile events, functions, and corporate meetings by providing efficient and high-standard hospitality service. Your responsibilities include setting up, serving, and clearing areas with attention to detail, maintaining discretion and politeness.
Daily duties involve liaising with the reception team regarding bookings, hosting in the executive lounge, setting meeting rooms, delivering food and beverages, and managing food, health, and safety requirements.
You should be attentive, able to follow instructions, communicate confidently, and work according to procedures and best practices. You will also liaise with customers to meet their needs.
Ideally, you will hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates. No other formal qualifications are required; however, you will be expected to read our manuals to understand our products and services.
