Upham Inn invites energetic Food & Beverage Team Members to join our high‑volume pub environment in the United Kingdom. You will welcome guests, take orders, handle payments and deliver outstanding service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws.
• You’ll be a great communicator.
• You’ll have great decision‑making skills.
• You should be confident, organised and adaptable.
• General knowledge of food, wine and beer.
• Have the Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food & drink orders and handling cash/card payments.
• Serving hot & cold beverages including alcohol.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Assisting with managerial requests.
• Looking after and caring for our guests throughout their whole experience.
• Balancing high volume with high quality.
• Participating in ongoing training and development.
• Must have an eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities.
