Upham Inn in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to join a high-volume, guest-facing operation. You will take orders, handle payments and deliver great service while maintaining cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age due to licensing laws.
• Great communicator.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Confident and organised.
• General knowledge of food, wine and beer.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food & drink orders and handling cash/card payments.
• Serving hot & cold beverages including alcohol.
• Ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Assisting with managerial requests.
• Looking after guests throughout their experience.
• Balancing high volume with high quality.
• Participating in ongoing training and development.
• Eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities.
• Learning different skills.
