National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member for roles in a rural UK location. You will be front of house, greeting guests and helping create a memorable day out. Training in allergens and food safety is provided, with an opportunity to progress through professional development.

The role is a zero-hour contract with around two days of work per week, weekends and Bank Holidays required. An online assessment replaces a CV submission, and a flexible, customer‑focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, but a readiness to learn and contribute to a friendly team.
• Strong customer service mindset and a welcoming attitude.
• Attention to detail in delivering consistent service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Front of house duties: greet customers, take orders and serve at the café.
• Maintain high standards of food and drink presentation and safety.
• Assist kitchen team with food preparation when needed.
• Take part in induction and allergens/food safety training.
