Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to join a fun, energetic team dedicated to delivering warm hospitality to guests across our properties. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu options, and ensure tables are perfectly prepared, maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Previous bar/café/restaurant experience is ideal, but a strong work ethic and personable approach are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly, extremely personable and able to deliver the company standards in every interaction.
• Previous experience in a bar, café or restaurant is ideal but a strong work ethic is more important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile.
• Take food and drink orders and serve with a high level of customer service.
• Assist with menu suggestions and recommendations.
• Prepare tables for guest visits to ensure high standards.
• Maintain high standards and hospitality at all times.
• Help ensure guests want to return; work well in a team.
