Job summary

Kimpton Fitzroy London is seeking a Full Time Food & Beverage Team Member for Fitz’s Brasserie Russell Square. The role offers a wage of £14.42 per hour, with service charge and paid overtime. Immediate start and the chance to join a iconic London hotel team within the IHG Hotels & Resorts family.

You will serve food and beverages, work with kitchen staff, and provide memorable guest experiences. Shift flexibility and 2/3 days per week including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host.
• Passion for providing positive guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fitz’s Brasserie Russell Square. with an Immediate start!

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz’s Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz’s Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking dean and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Here local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a

Food & Beverage Team Member, you’ll

be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do;

Your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or concerns. Working alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and driving the business forward. You are people focused putting the needs of our guests first. You are, motivated, and engaged ensuring great service standards are maintained and most of all you are always willing to learn new things.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host.

Passion for providing positive guest experiences and will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed.

Ability to work 2/3 days per week including evenings and weekends.

A flexible approach to shifts and be willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
