Job summary

GateGroup seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure on-time deliveries for Food & Beverage on LNER services. Based in Kings Cross, you will link Customer Experience, suppliers and GateGroup teams to keep specs, samples, packing plans and timelines in order.

You’ll monitor performance and feed insights to stakeholders daily. You will guide product introductions, manage packing and tender calendars, shape demand planning, and ensure readiness across service centres.

Qualifications

2+ years in a food supply chain environment.
Graduate-level background in supply chain, maths, science, business, economics or similar.
Level 3 Food Safety and Allergen Training or willingness to gain within six months.
Confidence with Excel, Outlook and Word, plus BI and ERP tools like D365.
Strong relationship building, attention to detail and ability to handle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Guide new products from concept to trolley, chasing specs and data.
Build packing plans and planograms with LNER; manage tender calendar.
Shape demand and storage planning across the network; ensure service centres readiness.
Monitor availability, waste and OTIF; prepare quality check sheets with Compliance.
Lead investigations for quality or safety issues and coordinate recalls when needed.
