The Lygon Arms in Broadway is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team. This operational, guest-facing role is ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter.
• Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant.
• Confident communicator, calm under pressure.
• Passionate about service, hospitality, and team culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and lounge operations and service standards.
• Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor.
• Supporting the manager on duty and stepping in when required.
• Running smooth openings, services, and closes.
• Delivering team briefs and supporting training on shift.
• Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally.

The role:

• Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and longes operations and service standards
