The Lygon Arms, a historic luxury hotel in Broadway, is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team. This is an operational, guest-facing role ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.

You’ll supervise day-to-day restaurant, bar and lounges operations, lead shifts, train on shift and handle guest feedback with confidence while staying floor-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter.
• Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant.
• Confident communicator, calm under pressure.
• Passionate about service, hospitality and a positive team culture.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

• Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor.

The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering refined yet relaxed dining in a beautiful countryside setting. We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team.

This is an operational, guest-facing role,ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.
