Job summary

Valor Hospitality's Holiday Inn Leicester is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and deliver memorable guest experiences. The role is 30 hours per week across 5 days, with pay of £13.21 per hour plus service charge.

You’ll supervise service, assist in food and drink preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and handle guest inquiries with a smile. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality supervisory experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
