Holiday Inn Leicester is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering friendly, professional service during dining operations.

You will help prepare and serve food and drinks, keep dining areas clean, and assist with events. The role suits someone with strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
