Eastwood Park Training Ltd in Gloucestershire seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Country House team, helping to run the F&B operation for weddings and functions and to uphold high service standards.

You should have experience in a quality restaurant/establishment, a history of supervising staff, strong communication, and ideally a Food Hygiene qualification with health & safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a high-quality restaurant/establishment.
• Excellent communication with internal and external contacts.
• Food Hygiene qualification preferred; health and safety experience beneficial.
• Able to cover 37 hours per week on a rota including evenings and weekends.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor towork as part of the Country House team, assisting with the day to day running of the F&B operation (including weddings and functions), achieving and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency.

You will have a passion and love for food and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience working in a high quality restaurant/establishment at a similar level.
• Experience of supervising people and motivating a team.
• Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.

You will ideally hold a Food Hygiene qualification and have health and safety experience.

This role would be for 37 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
