Job summary

Eastwood Park Training is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Country House team and oversee the day-to-day running of the F&B operation, including weddings and functions. You will deliver the highest level of customer service and maintain efficiency across events and daily service.

You will ideally hold a Food Hygiene qualification and have health and safety experience, with the role covering 37 hours per week on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a high quality restaurant/establishment at a similar level.
• Experience of supervising people and motivating a team.
• Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including weddings and functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of service.
• Work as part of the Country House team to support events and daily operations.
