Role Overview: Food & Beverage Supervisor

• Lead and motivate the team by example
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations
• Support and deliver training, develop team skills
• Maintain a visible presence to ensure high service standards
• Handle guest complaints effectively and courteously
• Enhance the guest experience through teamwork
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and health & safety standards
• Maintain knowledge of food & beverage products and auditing procedures
• Prepare the department for upcoming service days
• Communicate effectively with all departments
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
