Burnham Beeches Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and support our hospitality team on site. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service in a 4-star environment and coordinating dining experiences for guests and events.

The successful candidate will bring fine dining exposure, strong communication, and a positive, proactive attitude to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction while contributing to the hotel's performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of hotel F&B at 4 star level preferred.
• Experience in fine dining at Rosette level preferable.
• Excellent team player with attention to detail and good communication.
• Calm under pressure; professional and courteous with guests.
• Ability to drive hotel business and performance.
