Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for our Clubroom operations, overseeing both indoor and outdoor service and coordinating events like summer BBQs and quiz nights.

You will lead a small team, ensure high standards of food quality and member service, and work to deliver a welcoming, inclusive club atmosphere that supports member satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, leisure).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within our indoor and outdoor operation, including managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
• Ensure quality food and exceptional service to members in a friendly, efficient Clubroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a welcoming, high-standard experience for members and guests.
