David Lloyd Clubs in Colchester is recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a team in our Clubroom, indoors and outdoors, delivering quality meals and exceptional service to members.

You will oversee events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, drive teamwork, and help create an inclusive culture where colleagues can thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising food and beverage service in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional member service.
• Experience managing events and large operational service delivery facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Clubroom operations across indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Coordinate events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.
• Ensure quality food and service standards for members.
