Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Hamilton is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a team delivering quality meals and exceptional service to members. The role covers indoor and outdoor operations and events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.

• A self-motivated individual who will take pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
• A strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within our indoor and outdoor operation; manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.
• Lead delivery of quality food and exceptional service to members in line with club standards.
