As a Steward on the British Pullman, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that provides exceptional Food & Beverage service to our guests. Your responsibilities include maintaining guest areas, performing back of house duties, and preparing for service in a timely manner. Reporting to the Train Manager, this role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about excellence, storytelling in travel, cultural awareness, and maintaining high standards.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Preparing restaurant cars and related areas for smooth operation.
2. Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of your allocated car and passengers.
3. Carrying out cleaning and maintenance to high standards.
4. Assisting with depot, Victoria Lounge, and departure operations.
5. Handling guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality.
6. Maintaining knowledge of onboard menus, boutique items, and operational areas.
7. Acting professionally to encourage feedback from team members and guests.
8. Working as part of a team to uphold high standards.
9. Handling passenger requests, including dietary, medical, or special occasions.
10. Maintaining personal cleanliness and appearance.
