Clinical Data Steward – SHD Venture

Pioneer the development and release of cutting-edge algorithms for investigational devices and products used in Structural Heart Disease interventions, directly impacting patient care.

Your role:

  1. Facilitate and secure a continuous input stream of clinical data in support of prototyping and developing SHD solutions.
  2. Define the data collection strategy to enable future product development and submissions, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Set up and manage a data pipeline compliant with current and emerging data and A.I. standards.
  4. Develop a thorough understanding of SHD products and their clinical use through regular interaction with stakeholders.
  5. Perform data analytics and implement quality control measures to support regulatory submissions.
  6. Develop annotation tools and protocols.
  7. Support data acquisition, curation, and annotation activities, including training hospital staff and third-party annotation teams (may require travel).

You're the right fit if:

  1. You hold an MSc in Medical Informatics, Data Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
  2. You have proven experience in data management for A.I. solutions, preferably in medical imaging.
  3. You are knowledgeable about emerging data and A.I. standards and privacy laws.
  4. You have experience processing medical image data (DICOM or similar).
  5. You are proficient in Python.
  6. You possess good communication skills and are comfortable engaging with professionals from various backgrounds.
  7. You work in an Agile and LEAN manner, maintaining compliance with development processes and quality standards.

How we work together

We believe in collaboration. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week (preferably 4).
