Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead culinary and service teams at a premier establishment in Randburg. This role oversees all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting, driving quality, guest satisfaction and profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in F&B management, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality, with a solid understanding of culinary trends and service techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Management role, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Proven track record in managing multiple F&B outlets and driving profitability.
• Strong knowledge of culinary arts, beverage programs, and service techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational demands.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
