David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Clubroom Food & Beverage Manager to lead a vibrant team across indoor and outdoor operations. You will drive high-quality food, service, and member experiences while coordinating exciting events and activities for members and guests.

As a strong team player with a proactive mindset, you will foster collaboration across departments, manage busy service periods, and uphold the premium standards that define our clubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, leisure, or similar).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to members.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic Clubroom F&B team in indoor and outdoor operations.
• Manage events such as summer BBQs, quizzes, and other activities.
• Oversee consistent quality, service standards, and member satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operation and event delivery.

• Experienced in managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
