Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Clubroom Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B team and deliver high-quality meals and exceptional member service.

You will oversee both indoor and outdoor operations, drive successful events like summer BBQs and quizzes, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where colleagues can excel and feel valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Strong leadership and people management skills to lead a dynamic team across indoor and outdoor operations.
• Ability to create an environment where teams feel belonging and can thrive both physically and mentally.
