Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Greater London, with progression opportunities for an Assistant F&B Manager. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding service and drive guest satisfaction.

As part of your role, you will manage stock and labour margins, collaborate with the Operations Manager to embrace change, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our hotel F&B outlets. This is a full‑time, on‑site position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Comfort with using technology to improve guest experiences.
• Ability to manage P&L, stock, and labour margins.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B service across restaurant and bar ensuring standards.
• Coach, mentor and lead the F&B team.
• Build relationships with guests to tailor experiences.
• Work with Operations Manager to drive guest delight and change management.
• Manage stock and labour against P&L.

What you’ll be doing as a Food & Beverage Manager

• Supporting with the provision of an outstanding food & beverage service
• Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
• Coaching, mentoring and leading your F&B team with a trusting approach - ensuring their commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences
• Working closely with your Operations Manager who will encourage you to love change and find your own unique ways to further enhance your guest experience
• Oh, and you’ll also be required to be a magician. Or at least be capable of juggling both our bar

and Restaurant, not missing any details

• Managing stock and labour margins against your P&L.

What’ll make you a great fit for this Food & Beverage Manager role

• You’ll already be an established Food & Beverage Manager or an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager seeking their next challenge within a forward-thinking, change-loving company
• Whilst it would be great if you had experience working in a hotel, this isn’t essential
• Experience leading, coaching and training a team
