A leading hospitality group is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about enhancing guest experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee F&B operations, ensuring high-quality service and team leadership, while enjoying competitive pay and benefits, including shared profits after one year of service.
Responsible for all things Food and Beverage related across restaurants, bars and weddings and events; it’s an extremely diverse role – where every day is different.

You will work closely with your General Managers and Head Chef in order to ensure our Food and Beverage offering is the best that it can possibly in order to surprise and delight our guests.
Experience in the hospitality sector would be highly useful and valuable, but if this isn’t something you have, we would still encourage you to apply.

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
