Salary: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE / Umbrella)

Reports To: Pharmacy Manager / Superintendent Pharmacist

About The Role

We are seeking dedicated and professional Pharmacy Dispensers to join our team in the West Midlands. This role offers a structured shift pattern and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the local community through high-quality pharmacy services.

Shift Pattern

Hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (12-hour shifts) Part Time: Regular flexible days, minimum 1 day per week Full Time: Up to 4 days on, 4 days off rotation Includes weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Support daily pharmacy operations, including stock management Handle OTC sales and provide basic health advice Adhere to SOPs and maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent UK qualification or training) Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage Strong attention to detail and communication skills
